Custom aprons, table pads, barriers, grids, prescription glasses, and other customized accessories are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis. Seller reserves the right to refuse to issue credit on any returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return material authorization number (RMA). To request an RMA, contact our office at (800) 221-3466. Requests to return merchandise must be made within 30 days of invoice/shipment and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. We do NOT accept packages shipped C.O.D. |
Legal Information
Protection Levels
Although we manufacture and assist with fitting, Burlington Medical Supplies is unable to advise customers as to the radiation protection levels for their individual needs. This information should be obtained from a Radiation Safety Officer or other approved facility administrator.
Warranty
Seller warrants, for one year, that its products will be free of material defects in workmanship and protective materials. Seller’s obligation is hereby limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of any defective products. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, abrasion, or failure to follow care and use instructions. Specifications shown were in effect at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice. Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. |
