REPAIRS

BMS offers a complete apron repair service for damaged BMS aprons. If a buckle has fallen off, a stitch has come undone or velcro has been frayed, we can fix it! We also repair most leaded eyewear we sell. If your apron is too worn to be repaired but the protective material is still intact, look into our recovery program.

*Notice: BMS recovers all brands of aprons but repairs only BMS Products.

How to send a product to BMS for Recovery or Repair:

1. Contact your sales rep or call our office at 800-221-3466 to obtain an RMA # and Authorization Instruction Form
2. Complete Authorization Instruction Form and include inside box
3. Ship Items to BMS
4. BMS will contact you with a repair cost
5. Send us a copy of the purchase order with stated repair cost
6. Receive and enjoy your repaired apron!

Please be sure to follow instructions carefully. If we receive a box without an RMA number provided by BMS, the package will be refused.
